Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

• The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

• The item must not be opened or damaged.

• Proof of purchase is required.

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used skincare products cannot be returned.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

• The refund will be issued via the original payment method.

• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery for assistance.
